Well, we are off to about the same start as every New Year. Sickness has made its rounds. It's not as bad this year thankfully. We had Christmas in Kentucky! It was quite an adventure. We made it there and back safely. Now everyone is getting back into the routine again. I'm so glad bedtime is back to normal as well. We are praying for a healthy family this year. Last year wasn't too bad considering previous years.
McKaylie just turned 2 before Christmas. It is hard to believe. She sure acts like a 2 year old with her favorite word "no" and her favorite phrase "i want to tell you sumfing". She is getting more hair!
Lyndsi is still my little blondie. She talks alot when older sisters are off to school. She and McKaylie enjoy playing together during the day. She is a lot of fun.
Ashley, now in Kindergarten since August, has been growing like a weed. She is almost as tall as Kiara. She enjoys school and loves to sing and make Mckaylie laugh.
Kiara is turning into quite the little lady. She looks older everyday. It is hard to believe. She abslutely loves school. Science and math are her favorite. She could live without homework. It cuts into her playing time! Her interests are changing and I feel too old to keep up with the little tween fads!
Johanthan is.... well he is much the same, but he says he's more mature since he turned 35. Ha! Ha! He is teaching the girls to have his sense of humor. They are learning quickly. He is still teaching at Guadalupe. This year he teaches 3rd grade. It is an adjustment, but he likes it.
As for myself, trying to keep up with the girls, laundry, lunches, school, and my job, keeps me quite busy! I try to remind myself that I have to take it a little slower because the girls will only be this young for a short while. Life is too precious to have all the laundry done at once!
